If you are having trouble with the o-ring popping out of the injector usually the reason is the tool is not level or there is not enough pressure on the windshield.

Step # 1

 Make sure tool is level.

Turn the injector and the adjusting bolt down the same number of turns when adjusting the Crack Eraser tool. Look at the tool from the side and see if it is level to the windshield. Re adjust tool if necessary. Also watch the suction cups you will see then lift as you increase the down pressure on the windshield, check to see if they are lifting at the same rate.

Step # 2

Make sure you are using enough downward pressure. If there is very little down pressure on the o-ring holding it against the windshield it will pop out as you turn the injector pressure up.
